Duckett Management is proud to be a part of the remodeling, repurposing and new development in Midtown Detroit. And the media is definitely taking notice.

Recently, the company was spotlighted for its work on 678 Selden. The project cost about $3.7 million to develop and consists of 28 residential units—one bedroom, studio and two commercial spaces.

With us, adding more living space to the city of Detroit goes beyond just rentals. It’s about adaptive reuse of large buildings in the area, new construction on currently vacant lots and rebuilding the community as a whole.

According to Midtown Detroit, roughly $100 million has been or is being spent to reconstruct and restore nine local buildings—and all will become residential rental units. At Duckett Management, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of Detroit’s residences, and we’re set on maintaining a long-term relationship with the city.

Crain’s Detroit reports that there are currently 19 vacant properties that need major overhauls in Midtown Detroit—from experience we know taking on such neglected buildings is no easy task, but it sure is rewarding. Which is why we’re always looking for more.
